Just learn today that Superclock4 cannot be installed on Samsung HD841.  According to RAM, I was told that there is something wrong with HD841 (but it works and plays just fine with EOM Crystal) and when RAM installed the SC4 on it then it "FRIED" the SC4. From the conversation about 1/2 hr RAM, I've learned that this is the first time it (RAM) sees this issue and it is the first time that it (RAM) tried to install SC4 on the HD841.  I am very sad about this situation... since I was told up front that "it will work and we've installed it many of these in the past".

I wonder any one out there tries to do this successfully?

Good to know. I have the Samsung, and been eyeing the RAM mod for a couple years. The previous version superclock should work since they have advertised that for a long time, but maybe it's not available anymore?

Installing SC3 on Samsung HD841 were suggested/mentioned during the discussion. However, they (RAM) are no longer have it any more.  Good thing that it did not fry my DVD player.  RAM website still has the ad for Samsung HD841 and SC4.   I think they should remove it so that there is confusion (like me who spend about 2 or 3 months on this issue).
