Tube amps are extremely rugged. Burnouts are not the end of the world. A NEW tube amp can be made from your old one. Even a blown output transformer can be well matched! Power transformers are not an issue when transplanting iron. New ones are readily available. Even light water/condensation damage can be worked around. Get a new amp and save a few hundred at the same time.
