FS: Merlin VSM-MXe (Super Reduced Price)

All,

I'm selling my faithful, updated, Ruby Red Merlin VSM-MXe. I am the 2nd owner and these were updated to the MXe from MX last year. A similar pair of MXe were recently sold on Agon for $4,999. As most of you know, these speakers have a cult following and are very well reviewed in shows (year after year) and by their owners. These also come with the lead-free, higher powered battery, SuperBAM, which also has balanced connections ($500 option). And, I also have a pair of Merlin custom made "balancing blocks" ($80 value) used to minimize the probability of speakers tipping.

Just heard the TSM at RMAF, These are really, really good speakers.... about the most neutral and balanced sounding I've heard. I wish I had the cash...
