Finding and importing artwork that iTunes cannot import

Any ideas?
Good "sites" to visit for artwork?
iTunes was able to import artwork for about 2/3 of the CDs I imported. What's the best way to handle the other 1/3?

Just scan the CD booklets. Scanners can be had for <$50
Otherwise you have to search the web (e.g. Google images) and find art 400 x 400 pixels and larger. Copy the image to your computer. In iTunes go to File>Get info, Artwork tab and select the jpeg file you have saved.
There are some
app/tools that search online for artwork
but I found they work poorly (bad images and slow to use). Maybe they improved in the last year or so?

I sometimes use a program called Clutter, or just drag and drop from Amazon.
