This is the original Artaxerxes phono stage, it’s the one that sits inside the Xerxes / original TMS turntables.
It was designed to work with the Shiraz moving coil cartridge but will work with other moving coil cartridges.
I used it originally with my Xerxes but I’m now using it with the Acoustic Solid One to One turntable.
The DS 1.5 is the top of the range power supply from Roksan, colour is black.
If you have other Roksan equipments the DS 1.5 will power 2 components. If you are using anything less than the DS 1.5 in your system at the moment you can get this one here to improve the sound of your system for less then the price of one of these two components.
The DS 1.5 is boxed, I don’t have the box for the Artaxerxes.
The Artaxerxes new cost £495 and the DS 1.5 cost £795, you can have this lot for £400 or make me reasonable offer.
Both this components will cost you a lot more now from Roksan.
