SAS Audio 10A Pre for Sale SOLD

Hi:

**MY 10A has been sold**

For sale is my SAS 10A tubed pre. I am the second owner (bought from a fellow AC member 1/8/08). Upon purchase I had the seller send the unit directly to Steve Sammett at SAS Audio Labs where Steve added an HT bypass along with a thorough check of the piece. The unit is in great shape with no cosmetic blemishes. In addition to the tubes in the unit, I will include an additional set of new
JJ E88CC's (which is what Steve recommends for this unit). This unit is the Standard model, not the basic. The 10A does NOT come with a remote (Steve believes it degrades the sound) It does have both right and left volume controls. A new standard 10A will run $1,695 + cost for HT bypass. The ONLY reason for the sale is I am getting into vinyl and have purchased another pre with a phono stage.

That won't last long. That's a sweet preamp - especially at that price.

You are absolutely correct. I thought about keeping it and just adding a separate phono stage but decided in the end to sell the 10A

The 10A is a sweet little preamp

it is one of the best sounding tube preamps that i have ever owned.Steve Sammet knows exactly what he is doing and has spent many years developing his proprietary circuits with the shortest possible signal path
