ive been curious about the AVA dacs for some time. Ive yet to hear one....

Even though I don't own an AVA Dac I did hear one at Jim Salk's that he uses with his speakers and found it impressive, definitely worth a listen - smooth. detailed and three dimensional soundstage.

I run 2 different varieties of Wayne's Bolder PS for the SB.  I have a modded Rev 1 unit in my second system that does a very nice job if you can find one.  In the main system, I have the Rev 4 Ultimate PS that takes it to yet another level.  It's not inexpensive but it is certainly a nice improvement.
