Frybaby and power cables...

I just ordered the Frybaby kit and was wondering if the frybaby can be used to burn in Power cables??

Yeah, use adapters, alligator clips, or something to wire up the power cord.  You can do it like an XLR cable as shown in this post.

Can I "cook" the power cable while it is connected to my unplugged power amp or do I have to remove it completely from the amp?

Also is the cooking Directional i.e. do we cook in one direction only for all cables or does it not matter which way we connect??

Believe it or not, but it will probably burn in better whilst plugged into the amp. 

Cooking is not directional.  In an audio application, a cable is a conduit that transfers signal energy from a transmitter to a receiver.  Power is delivered from source to destination, hence a cable may have directional properties.  For cooking, the cable is the load itself, not a transfer device.  The FryBaby drives both ends equally but with opposite polarity.

Do I need to burn  the "Ground" wire of the power cable?
Or just the line and neutral wires?

I dunno.  After you do the L/N pair, you can burn the E by connecting L and N together and treat as one.
