I tried saving the page with .mht suffix, but I keep getting an error that it can't be saved.  Any thoughts?

I saved the questions page successfuly, but the main ad page craps out. I emailed the questions .mht to you paul. That happens sometimes when there is active or data bound elements.

You can always just take a print screen and save it as a JPG
