I was in two of our other cities for a few days last week. I took the little LX2 and my FE2 with a roll of TriX. Here are some shots from the LX2.

Nice pict.s The last pic. of the outline of Auz.  The scene on the outline is very interesting.

Gordy, I think it means "Torres Strait Our Home." There was an exhibition of the culture of the Torres Strait Islands, which is a whole series of islands between the northern tip of Australia and New Guinea. They had an extensive trading network continents, using outrigger canoes. Quite amazing. Here's a map (try the Satellite view as well).

Thanks for the link John  :thumb:  Amazing indeed, I flat water kayaked several times a week for years, ocean kayaked in an outrigger just once and can't imagine the leap in faith it would take to have tried a trip like that.
