I am at work so I cannot check these actual resistors. However, if they are in the direct signal path of the circuit they will see no more than 155 volts +/- 10%. I have been running the Vishay S102 nudes for over 7 months now without any issues.
These are 0.6 watt resistors.
BTW at least one other person I know is using them as well without any issues.
In fact you will hear a great deal more clarity especially in vocals. You will hear the difference in hall reverberation between the side boundaries and the ceiling. This is fun stuff, just like what you hear in the recording venue.
I would stay with 1 watt or higher for any of the grid resistors, comparitor resistors and B+ and B+ drop down chores. I am using the Vishay nudes for the 47k loading resistor.
BTW, there are only about 12 to 14 resistors in the signal path. 10 of these are 220 ohm resistors. Using the highest quality resistor makes great sense to me. I compared the sound of the Vishays to Dales, Kiwami, and Mills. The Vishay nudes won hands down.
