Yes-I had my Esoteric DV-60 player modded by them.I later had a problem with the player (due to Esoteric) not RAM and Kyle stepped up and took care of it-even though he was not obligated to due so.The modded player sounds fantastic and I would definately do business with them again.

One or more of the partners (if they are still partnered) was active here for a time....membership even voted on a circle for them and were shot down.  I think that might have scared them off a bit....I think it was exactly why membership voted them down....they wanted them to spend more time at AC and earn a circle here.

The democratic process can be very cruel

Nonetheless, RAM may just still tune it and may swoop down and add something to the conversation here.

I did order SC4 from RAM.  I was promised many times to receive the SC4. I wait and wait for 2 months (I think) then the SC4 shows up in my mail box.  The SC4 comes with no instructions eventhough I did ask it during purchasing the SC4.  I call and ask for the instructions several times and eventually I got it.  I installed the SC4 on my DVD player (to be exact, it is Samsung HD841) and my DVD player is not working with the SC4.   I spend a lot of times to figure it out.  I even did get in touch with AUDIO COM people in England regarding on the SC4.  RAM asks me to send my DVD player to have it installed (it is free but I have to pay for shipping).  2 or 3 week later, I have no feedback from RAM.  So, I call RAM again for many times (eventhough left msg on phone) to figure what is going on.  I never get any phone calls/email back regarding on my msg.  I keep calling and calling and then I was told that the SC4 is bad.  I ask RAM to keep me informed regarding the SC4 and my dvd thu email.  It is one week already and I have no responses from RAM yet!!!

the SC4 parts worth about $15 but it is sold for $295 and I am not complaining about price but look what I have to go thru.  I wish Kyle Takenaga reads and responses to my message.

I've bought Rubicon caps from them a few times, fairly priced and the turn around time on orders was good as well.  Twice now I've E-mailed them with Q's on product and have never heard back from them.

Same here.
But there is a way around it.
Ask in your email about Esoteric mod.
They will be quick to answer.
Then do the 360* and ask for those Rubicon caps.

RAM East was Doug Jesse but he split away and formed Asi_Tek (he reads this forum).  So RAM is smaller and likely a bit less responsive, simply due to size.
