I tried to order the Volex power cords five weeks ago. Got an email response, but no order. Today I tried to go to their web site - it's dead. I tried to send an email to the address given on the order confirm - undeliverable.

8-17-08: the web site is open again. I could log in. I am still trying to reach them by email at a different address.
8-23-08: six weeks. no Volex. no response to email.
9-6-08: tried another email last week- no luck. Today I sent an email to a third address. I will wait a week and then do USPS snail-mail.
9-8-08: I got a response !!!
Order canceled.
