I'm looking for other forums like this one, related to PC audio, streaming audio, hard-disk based audio, etc..  Know of any?

The only other one I'm aware of so far is the Computer Audio Asylum on AudioAsylum.com

Btw, I'm more interested in generally related forums as apposed to device or company specific forums. But would also be interested in those as well if they also discuss topics not specific to only one product/company. Thanks!

There is a computer audio forum on Head-Fi.  Since it's mostly about a computer as a source, it generally isn't headphone specific.  http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f46/

Slim Devices has their own very active forum if you're using one of the SqueezeBox products.  It includes some more general purpose sub-forums like ripping discussions.  http://forums.slimdevices.com/

AVS has a digital servers and streamers forum - it's broader multimedia rather than audio specific.  http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/forumdisplay.php?f=39
