Topround is right on the  money. Those tannoys are the bomb- if you have the room. Mine have been in storage for almost 4 years while im in an apartment

Well said topround, i hope the post came off tounge n cheek.  I would of course consider a long term loan of my tannoys to someone locally. After all what good are they in storage to anyone.  Particularly if they willing  to (1) deal with transfer and set up and; (2) loan me a dac and digicable so i can see how my long term meitner bitstream holds up to one of the good nos models ala audio note or the other side of the spectrum such as an up/oversampled type ( i.e., audiologic)

It's a crazy idea for sure, but not any more crazy than having nice Tannoys sitting in storage!  I mean, that's just not right!   Tell you what, you can put my Tannoy DMT-10s into your storage area and I'll put your Tannoys in my listening room.  Deal?
