These speakers seem to have fallen off the map but seem like a good alternative to some other designs. Now that time has past, have these speakers stood the test of time in your living rooms and make you as happy today as when you got them?

I purchased the Gallo 3.1's in February and love 'em.  Awesome imaging with an excellent sound stage. I could go on and on.  Been home trialing a Spectron Musician III Signature Edition on them while waiting for the newer Spectron MKII.   These speakers deserve good gear.

Best speakers for the price and better than many above their price range.  The only downside I can think of is that they take a serious break-in period that needs to be followed religiously to get the beat out of them.  Many people don't have the patience.

As far as buzz...buzz is buzz.

They created quite a stir when first came out.
I still have mine and I'm building my second system around them. They really are good speakers for the pre owned dollar and with the Sub Amplifier can really put out some serious sound when taken the time to dial it all in. Throw a good tube amp for the top end and enjoy aa
