Bright Star Audio Big Rock 2

Has anyone used these stands before? The design looks simple-a box filled with sand but it has received great reviews. I plan to put my amp on top of it as this seems to produce the greatest results based on posts at AA and reading various reviews. I would appreciate any input. Thanks.

I have a big rock 2, 3, 4, air mass 3, and little rock. They make a huge difference for the better. Smooth out the music and makes it just more relaxing to listen too. Bass got much better as well and the highs on my tube pre amp were much less muddy.

this sold.. can anyone else recommend a good amp stand for a 55lb ss amp?

Star Sound's Sistrum platforms are pretty effective....though a bit pricey.
