Looks like I have to let these go after all as they are not large enough for the amp I want to build with them.
These are a pair of semi-custom MQ RH-40 OPTs -- in that they have solid brass endbells and flying leads. Mike only made a few of these to order and won't be making them again (he still offers the standard RH-40s with channel frame construction and solder tabs.)
Specs are:
Primary 5k 43% UL tap
Secondaries: 8., 16 ohm
Max pri current 40 mA
4-5 watts max dissipation.
I paid a total of $300 to get these to me and I'll sell them for $200 for the pair, shipped in lower 48 with no paypal fees.
These are brand new, one box was opened for inspection and physical measuring, and the other is still sealed as it was when I got them. Great for 45 and SE EL84 (as well as others.)
