I remember reading somewhere about shower bath cleaning method used with Martin Logan electrostatic panels. I have decided to keep my Aerius i and Stylos speakers and thought about the ways to have them cleaned up and refinished in custom paint and wood work. I had those for 6 or 7 years now.......panels still sound good to me . However , I wonder if replacements are still available or not?
 Years ago  I could have got them for around $700 a pair....Never thought that they would less that long in my home.
Any ideas guys ?????

replacement panels are still available for those.  When I was out in Lawrence visiting ML corporate last month, I saw a pair of Stylos' in their "museum" and they said they got one guy there who can rebuild those and make panels for them....

cool!

I'd try the shower trick first, but only as a last resort...  if they sound OK, I wouldn't F with 'em.

Thanks for everything guys great info and links.
Stylos are great and hard to find. I am glad to hear that ML would help if in needed.
Over the years dust did found its way to penetrate the panels........they need to be cleaned up. I read the shower thread.......very detailed step by step instractions.
