The text bellow describes the policy/requirements for the advertising
page I am working on. I would very much appreciate it if you could take
a moment to read it:

Advertising with HiFi Hock is free. Beside forum boards that are
specifically developed for this purpose, where audio manufacturers,
retailers, audio press can freely submit posts and describe their
businesses, services they provide, promote products and lines they
carry, HiFi Hock is offering a full advertising page as well.

Here, you can submit your own artwork or have us generate banners using
material from your website. Ads may be updated and replaced any time
you wish to stay current with your services or to promote a specific
brand or model. Required ad size is 160 x 200 (pixel) and acceptable
formats are jpg and gif. Each banner will represent a click-through
link to your own website.

Those of you interested in having your banners flown on this new page
and you wish artwork be generated by HiFi Hock, please include the
following in your email:

1. Confirmation
(you can just state: yes, I wish to advertise with HiFi Hock)
                         
2. URL of your website

I will develop banners, email them to you for review and, upon your
approval, make them "live".

The second option would be to submit your own banner of the required
size and format.

Just a little bump - possible alternative in light of new fees at a'gon.

A friend in Canada is telling me that he's getting responses from classifieds placed there....

Audiovista, appreciate the bump. HiFi Hock has been up for about 4 months now and bellow is the pricing structure:
 - Membership - Free
 - One listing group - no ad counting, place as many ads as you like
 - Listing (classified or auction) - $2.00
 - Listing upgrades (featured, title bolding etc.) - $2.00 each, no percentage fees collected at auction end or percentage fees of any kind.
 - StoreFront - $50.00/month, $250.00/six months, $450.00/year - storefront is available to all and is activated at your will.
 - Forum commercial posts - Free, all members are welcome to advertise, promote their services, products etc, free of charge.
 - Resources Page (banner placement/advertising) - Free, just email and you'll have your banner flying at no time.


There is another feature I'm working on and when finished, it also will be free of charge to all members.

No to forget, each new registration gets 10 credits. That is "simple" 10 listings (classifieds or auction) for free. Upgrades are extra if you wish to use them.
