I stumbled onto this band awhile ago buying the first album 3:47 est with great songs like "Calling occupants of interplanetary craft" and "Anus from Uranus" just to name a few. I have recently found "Hope", "Sir Army Suit", "Endangered Species" and "Magentalane" all except the last on vinyl from Capitol Records.Their claim to fame was that many people, including big time record reviewers thought they we actually the Beatles, reformed. If you listen to the arrangements, you will discover that they are brilliant and the recordings for the time are stellar.Of course, the first couple of albums listed no names, no producers or musicians, and that is what started the whole story. I'm amazed how each album sounds really different, yet there is a mystical thread that ties them all together.Anyone else into Klaatu?P.S. Klaatu is the name of the robot policeman from the movie "The Day the Earth Stood Still".
