I would be remiss if I don't mention the special synergy that happened when I added my 2 Lessloss pc's to my Nuforce 8.5's. Cd's are now music. If I had to quantify, I'de say the bass improved, and my desire to tweak my system(i.e., speaker placement, acoustics{I have some ASC tube traps for stacking and for trying a bigger one in my corner. I also have some 8th Nerve rectangles coming.}) is not there now. I mention this synergy because there has been mixing going on with Lessloss and other pc's. While this is a possible way of using the Lessloss pc, I would doubt that is an improvement over using all Lessloss in most cases. I can see it if your amp doesn't work well with Lessloss, or you have extremely good pc's in your possession. My amps have switching power supplies, and the best pc I have to compare is the Valab(ebay). I don't think the Lessloss pc is good for power supplies or maybe power conditioners. Another thing that happens with all Lessloss is the absence of noise. This advice doesn't mean that you shouldn't try the Lessloss pc first. I've found that it usually sounds too dark when it doesn't work with that equipment. I also use Lessloss pc's on my APL Denon 3910 and Oritek OMZ DAC(preamp/dac).
