Bugle DC offset into the danger zone

Bugle DC offset into the danger zone

Finished my Bugle, updated my measurements without input or output connected. Measured +- 9.23V on -VE (4) and +VE (8) on U1/2/3.

DC offset for Out1 (1) and Out 2 (7) is:
U1: 150mV
U2: 1700mV
U3: 150mV

What could be wrong or what should I test?

Any tips are highly appreciated!

That sounds awfully high.  1.7V is about 100x too much.  Could be a very leaky 0.22uF coupling cap (did you use PIO?).  Maybe wrong resistor value or you used a different opamp.

I'm very sure the resistor values are correct. For the capacitors I'm using standard new Wima MKP4/10 capacitors. The op amps are NE5532's.
