Upgraded from 550EXR June 2007 - 2 yrs left on warranty
Factory biased for Siemens tubes with spare set provided.
Amp is a 9 out of 10.
There is a slight bend on the outer left heat sink (barely noticeable).
There is also two very small dings on top of the face plate (again barely noticeable).

This is a wonderful amp. Presents the music extremely well. You will not be disappointed.
