Doesn't it defeat the purpose to use an expensive power cable with a $5 adaptor?

The adapter seems to have no trouble letting you hear the difference with each power cord change, though.
And guys, I'm not saying it *has* to be the Lessloss cord. I've used other cords with Panny with great results, including Black Sands Violet Z1, Audience, etc. I certainly wouldn't insist you buy a $600 cord at new retail for a Panny, which you could have picked up for like $200 on sale. Just don't use the stock Panny cord, which appears to be unshielded 16 AWG cord..
