One of my secret marinades for the last 18yrs is "Andria's" and after all this time it's still #1 with me, this stuff is awesome.
I order a case every year. The GAS guys should know about this place, if not they should go eat there.
What do you guys use, DIY or store bought.

Pete,

Great stuff!  My dad started bringing this home in the late 70s when he used to do a lot of consulting in the St. Louis area (we lived in NJ at the time), and I was instantly hooked.  I keep meaning to see if I can order some to have shipped.

Funny, but my wife grew up in the St. Louis area and she had never heard of Andria's :D.

A coworker loves this place, I plan on taking my girl after we get married in the fall.
I have been told the prime rib is to die for!

Well., got a case of the stuff, and yup, it's still the same.

We got an unexpected delivery of Omaha Steaks burgers, strip steaks, and tenderloins yesterday so I'm marinating a couple of the burgers for grilling up tonight.

Not very impressive in relation to the amazing things SYG and others tempt us with, but...

Still no corn or tomatoes to speak of in Colorado, but peaches are starting to roll in, along with some southeastern Colorado melons.  Very disappointing summer so far in terms of fresh, local produce.

Jim,
I know the peaches are coming now and the Olathe corn should be here soon (good stuff).

Glass jars, I've never had one broken jar over the years.
Also check your local meat shop, last year I found some just a few miles away.

A goodly amount of garlic for starters.  Isn't that all you really need to know? :D

Actually, I really have no idea and I don't even know if the ingredients are printed on the bottles.

BTW, the premium Omaha Steaks burgers with the Andria's marinade were wonderful.

I used this one (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Marinade-for-Steak-I/Detail.aspx) last week and it was awesome. Marinaded steaks for 24 hours and everyone loved it.

Heh...yeah, I was definitely looking more towards the ingredients... :duh: :D

Am surprised that the ingredients aren't listed...isn't that an FDA requirement on retail food products?
