Yeah, it's a great doco.  Saw it last month on cable. Didn't know it was on video.  Might have to buy it.  The man sure knew his music and his studio technique.

Tom Dowd not only brought us multi-tracking on tape and the slider console, he also helped bring us the atom bomb.
All for better or for worse.

This finally made it to the top of my queue and I watched it yesterday. Excellent and I can't recommend it enough, I think this is something all music lovers should see. My wife actually came in and watched it with me, which I found quite surprising.
