SOLD FS: ATI 1202 120w x 2 Amplifier
« on: 23 Jun 2008, 05:08 am »
I have for sale an ATI 1202 amplifier:

From ATI's web site:

The AT1202 is a 2-channel power amplifier that combines rugged design attributes with audiophile-grade performance. The AT1202 delivers 120WRMS into 8 Ohms from 20Hz to 20kHz with no more than 0.03% THD and I.M. distortion with both channels driven. Of significant importance to the custom installer is the AT1202’s stability with complex capacitive and reactive loads. Most notably, the AT1202 is designed with clip limiters that will prevent damage to speakers and in-room volume controls due to over-driven situations. Gain controls are provided for each channel.

The AT1202 has an MSRP of $695.00. See below for additional features common to all ATI models.

I purchased this right at a year ago to use with a pair of AV/3 speakers I built, on the recommendation of another audiocircle member..  I have been very pleased with this amp, so much that I purchased another ATI multi channel amplifier to replace it.  ATI amplifiers have a very solid reputation for performing well above their price point.

This amp is in top notch condition, with no visible marks that I could see.  Please reference the ATI stock photos for what this amp looks like, though I can provide pictures of my amp upon request.

I have the original box and packing materials to ship this in, and ATI products s have a 7 year transferable warranty so there should be 6 years of warranty left.

I'm asking $500 + shipping.  Local pickup is welcome in or around Phoenix, Arizona.  If you wish to pay via Paypal you will need to also add for paypal fees.

Feel free to ask any questions.

$500 shipped in the US, or $450 for local pickup.

This is a solid performer for someone with a $500 budget.  There isn't much on the net about the 1202, good bad or ugly, but ATI has a solid reputation and many of their other models have received glowing reviews.

I also have a Fosgate Audionics 4100 4x60w amplifier and a Reckhorn A-400 Subwoofer amplifier for sale on e-bay, where this ATI will go if I don't get any interest in a few days here:

I replaced all my amps with a 7 channel ATI amplifier in an effort to simplify some aspects of my setup and have less boxes to find places for.

Feel free to ask any questions.

This auction ends today if anyone is interested in a very well built 2 channel amp for a modest price.
