12BZ7 sub into Cornet2

Can a 12BZ7 be sub'd for one of the 12 AX7 positions if the 370 tranny was used when building ? I know the heater current will go from 300 ma to 600 ma, but dont know if that will pose any issues.

It'll probably mess up a bunch of stuff.  Mostly EQ and gain.  Yes, heater voltage will also go down.
