I bought this 90 WPC hybrid integrated from Pacific Valve while I was waiting for my Viva Integrated to arrive from Italy. I figured it would be fun to fool around with to see if this Chinese stuff was any good. All I will say is this - This amp is ridiculously good. If you told me it cost $3K, I would believe it. What amazed me is the transparency. This is where most cheap amps fall down, IMO. Not this one. As an aside, I've owned 20K amp/preamp combos, so I know what the good stuff sounds like.
The specs are - 90 WPC, with 4 12AU7s in the preamp section. New, the amp cost $600, but I ordered it with upgraded GE tubes for an extra $91. (Supposedly, the Chinese 12AU7s are total shite) It cost me $750 shipped. It's only a couple of months old and in flawless condition. Selling for $500.
