The mic (with push button answering) is exceptionally good.  No interference between the mic and the earphone.
It will outperform the $149.95 Shure SE210 in sound quality.

Any chance these will appear in the Apple retail stores? They look like another winner.

We hope so, it will certainly kick ass. But it might be too early for us to deal with Apple or any of the big retail stores.
I hope someone will post the feedback soon.  The next earphone I really want is something I can use with Skype but still offer high-fidelity for music listening.

What connector does it have/what cell phone brands/models will it connect to?

This is 3.5mm Stereo+Mic connector.   They are common in most 'music-centric' cell phones that 3.5mm stereo 4-pin plug (Ground, stereo output, mono mic. input).  iPhone, Motorola E6 are 2 of the phones that would work.

Really love these headphones. They sound even better with sources other than the iPhone. I guess the capability of the NE-7M is greater than that of the iPhone!

I saw the email about the production being ramped up. I was just wondering what the ETA is. I would like to recommend these to a number of people but want to be able to set their expectations about when these should be available again.

The current estimate for NE-7M with new packaging and new price ($49) is around end of September.
Not sure about the pricing for NE-8 yet, but should be less than $99.
