I am in the middle of sorting out how to set up a system for use on my deck, and in the yard.

I have a cedar playhouse, with power run to it, adjacent to the deck.

I would like to use a Logitech Duet as the source (to leverage all my existing Bolder SB3 infrastructure) and feed a set of outdoor speakers, through a sub.  The sub will live in the playhouse, the speakers will be attached to it.

I know that sub amps have built in auto-on, and some 2 channel amps do too.

Looking to put this together cheap, so anything in the sub $300 range for amps?

Nice catch, that might be perfect - I see that they are available from a Canadian source too, Solen's in QC carries them.

I can mount that in the sub box inside the shed/playhouse, and run the other wires to the outdoor speakers.
