I have the Pop Pulse PC Link II but I cannot find a manual or data sheet for it. Does anyone knows where to get it?

The manufacturer does not have an English manual available. I've been after them to either write one in English, or send the the Chinese version, so that I can have it translated myself. So far, no dice.
I will e-mail them again to remind them.
