Just a question? Has anyone ever really gotten through by email to KLAUS?

Not too often from what I can tell, so just call him.  I suspect he prefers it and it's actually much more fun that way.

I sent an e-mail to Klaus approximately 15 months ago and immediately received a reply to give a call with his number listed.  Klaus is a personal contact type of guy and likes to interact directly with his customers.  He is a great guy, give him a call!
