Hawthorne Audio does not use Beta at all. The driver's are all custom built for Hawthorne Audio and only available through them.

And don´t forget the complementary dipole subwoofer:

Eric M. documented the whole story in the AudioCircle gallery:

the glass designs looks very  very nice
that must also have been the primary design reason: a "big" mama baffle that looks like a 17 yr old dancerine
however:
1) how does glass sound like compared to wood or plywood?
2) how is imaging compared to smaller baffles?

or do i sidetrack ?

Not sure if I'm worthy of being in "The Ultimate" OB gallery, but here's the baffles I build:

Well, OK  Since you asked.........

I don't have a good photo of the current back wall. I only have a pic of one speaker with the lower cover removed.
With the cover removed (to show the crossover) it looks kind of 'ghetto':

Here's a shot of the back wall, but the speakers shown have been changed to the baffles in the top photo:
Same drivers used in both baffles. The blue light is from the lens of my projector

This is taking the concept of boxless speakers really serious.
