Can I use a universal remote to control the AVP17 and the MCH?

Sure, but you have to program it through IR learning.

Harmony One, which I am using, is having trouble with IR learning, is it possible to get a list of IR Codes for both AVP17 and MCH-3SE-C7.

I was able to setup both through IR learning, except AVP17 is classified as AVP16 in the Logitech/Harmony database and there is no MCHs so I created it as a AVP16 with learned IR codes.
