Does It mean the driver from www.usb-audio.com is better than the free one from ASIO4ALL ?
and better for what ? sound quality ?

Yes, better sound quality. I haven't compared the two for a while, but a year ago the usb-audio driver did improve the sound over ASIO4ALL so I paid for it.

Try them both, I believe you can have both installed at the same time, just set up Foobar2000 or your favorite player to use one or the other.

Thanks for your reply.
I did tried both of them and It appears the usb-audio driver sounds a bit better. Not that much but a bit better.
$130 for the HagUsb and... $90 just for the driver
