NEW, 3" long, can be used in cabinets up to 1" thick, or a bit longer if you don't use the insulating shoulder washers.  Will accept 12ga bare wire, ring terminals or banana plugs.  Shaft diameter is 0.39".  Will include 2 crimp on gold plated ring terminals for up to 10ga wire.  Let's put it this way: these posts will handle enough current to start your car.
