Will the 70.2's be good on a Quad 2805 ?

The Quad 2805 has 86dB sensitivity, and nominal impedance is 8 ohms, impedance variation is quoted as 4 - 15 ohms. Is this going to work well with the RWA 70.2's ?

Hi Eril,

The Quad 2805s will work fine with the 70.2's.  I have customers with the ESL 57s, which are an even more challenging load.  I also have a few customers with the 63's and the 989s... no problem.  It's all good as long as you are not looking to rock the house down!  8)

Best regards,
