FS: Crown XTi-1000 Amplifier - SOLD!!!!!

Up for sale is my trusty Crown XTi-1000 amp that I have used for subwoofer duty powering a pair of Dayton 15DVC drivers in a push/pull sealed enclosure. The amp is in perfect, like new condition. There are no dents, scratches, nothing. There are however a set of heavy duty stick-on rubber feet on the bottom of the unit. One of the great things about this amp (other than its sound quality) is the fact that the built-in fan never comes on unless it's really pumping out some power. This is perfect if you have to have the amp in the same room as the rest of the equipment. There's simply NO fan noise at all, and when the fan does come on, it's loud but only lasts for 30 seconds or less, then turns back off.

The ONLY flaw, which is extremely minor and is apparently typical among all XTi amps is that one of the output LEDs starts to flicker a little when the amp is cold, then stays on after it has warmed up. Sometimes it will go back out. I don't know what it is, but like I said, it's typical with ALL XTi amps. Other than that, the amp is absolutely perfect. In the picture below, you can see what I'm talking about with the LED. I have spoken to the guys at the local pro audio shop here in town and they have several amps there on display with the same exact issue. It in no way effects the operation of the amp at all.

The XTi-1000 is rated at 275W x 2 @ 8 ohms, 500W x 2 @ 4 ohms, 700W x 2 @ 2 ohms, 1000W x 1 @ 8 ohms, 1400W x 1 @ 4 ohms and has a damping factor greater than 500.

The reason I'm selling is because I am getting rid of my DIY sub (it's big and ugly) and saving up for the SVS PB13-Ultra in Rosenut to match my new Monitor Audio RS6's.

The amp comes complete with the original box, packaging, power cable and owners manual.

I am selling this amp for $300 + $30 shipping (including insurance) to anywhere in the CONUS. I accept PayPal payments ONLY.

Thanks!
