I have a few questions about the Isabella DAC. My speculations are about how the USB connection interacts with a computer.

1) Will the computer recognize the DAC as a sound-card?
2) What drivers will the DAC use ...?
3) ... and close to that subject will the DAC support Linux?

I have noticed that MacBook computers are mentioned as a source. Linux computers would be an interesting alternative as a music source too. Perhaps built for this purpose only.

What do we know about Isabella DAC by now?
How much experience is out there about building music servers?
