Scribbly gum

A fairly common tree in this area. The "scribbles" are caused by a beetle larvae, I believe.

Great shots!  What do you wear when you crawl around like that?  I don't have anything that will let me do that or I trust not to tear.

I just wear whatever I wear to go walking in the bush - there's not much crawling involved, as I use a long (200mm) macro lens and a tripod ;)
