Up for sale is my Placette passive preamp. This is unusual because it is an early model with silkscreened faceplate and handles on the front. It has 5 single ended inputs and 2 tape inputs and 2 outputs (all single ended). It is physically larger than the current offerings and Guy at Placette upon finding out I had one of these models offered me full trade in towards a brand new Placette passive preamp. it is a little marked up on top from stacking components but it sounds wonderful. It is the best I have heard in my system. I changed amps and my new monos don't mate well to the Placette so I am after an active design to replace it. Please Email me if you want pics.
