For a whole year now I"ve been going buggy over this bbrruuzz! buzz sound that comes and goes and disappears for a while intermittently and unpredictably on one of my forests.Checked the spider seams on the driver basket, made sure all the screws are sufficiently tightened around the drivers and the crossover terminal blocks screws are tight. It happens during low bass frequencies, volume levels don't seem to affect it much. I can hear it most when bass frequency is playing with a droney tone to it. Brought it in for warranty service and all they did was tighten some scews. It went away for a while, it comes back. I tightened some screws myself but it still always comes and goes. Has anybody else had experience with fixing the buzzing ? Im told about loose wires in cabinet, told of loose screws, braided wires could touch inside basket ,saw the article of unglued basket spider , I found wood chips caused by screws pushing out the mahogany veneer inside line up and could fall into the holes in the cardboard ring that could get in the voice coil, told about possibility of overheated voice coil warping the its symetrical shape causing a rubbing against the outer cylinder wall cause the noise, even an insect could get in voice coil .Or is it fried?
