Unit is in very good to excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition. One geq slider floats a bit sloppy, but doesn't affect performance or looks. Might not even be noticable, but wanted to detail. Includes original box, packaging, manuals and microphone. Asking $200+shipping These are getting rare!

Ditto!  I didn't realize SMR was still up.  Fwiw I had an AudioControl Phase Coupled Activator Mk II and it was a fine peice of gear.  It did its thing very well, and it was dead-silent.  I just bought a Margules Daleth preamp with built in bass management and I have an external X-over and 2 parametric EQs, or I'd be tempted to scoop this up myself. :)
