I got tired of replacing the nine-volt batteries in my Bugle and found a 12 v transformer in the basement junk box and decided to give it a try. I never looked back. The extra power, to my ears, seemed to give the Bugle a whole new level of oomph. I wonder, though, would going to 15 v yield any appreciable audio punch?
