This is a very nice heavily modified Rega P-3 with original box and the RB-300 arm. The cover has the normal light swirls visible in the sunlight mostly. Very good overall condition. This has been modified extensively, Arm rewired with silver wire in teflon and terminated with Eichman silver plugs. The other end has Cardas silver cartridge clips. It has a high performance Pebbles low center of gravity end stub and counter weight and acrylic platter as well. A custom plinth has been fabricated from Maple to add much needed mass and double face tabed to the original plinth as to not damage any original features. Comes with BBC vibration isolator isolation cones and a new old stock Shure 500S cartridge. The original glass platter end stub and counter weight are available as well. All of these modifications added their own positive attributes to this already very nice sounding table. I would like to sell this with all the modifications if possible. This was my starter table that took me well up the ladder with all the mods. It is not beatable for the price period. I used a Sumiko Blackbird that costs well above the asking price of this table and the table will give you returns well beyond that cartridge I am sure. The Shure that comes with it sounds surprisingly good for a lower priced cartridge. Asking $600.00 Feel free to ask any questions.
