well Klaus dropped by with a handfull of power cables, and did a check on the amps. All is perfect (as I suspected). Speakers have really opened up now, and the bass is much smoother, but with control to die for. Redbook CD's sound as good as sacd's did with the old setup (figure that one out), and analog is to die for.
Klaus and I have a couple more irons in the fire, and looks like he's gonna be building at lest one pair of monitors (with matching wood of course). In the end I see him building three pairs (my kid wants a pair along with some new amps)

Looks like grocery store, and motor vehicle and heating oil fuel, prices are no problem for "lazydays"!

I guess I'm kinda lucky as Klaus has that engraving done about ten minutes west of me, and he always knows the front door is always open for him. I wish he'd move down to my area and save on the taxes. Then I'd have somebody intelligent to cuss and discuss my ever growing LP collection with. Earlier he asked me if "I really liked Miles davis?" He was looking at my CD rack alone that has about twenty of them in it (another fifteen or twenty here and there, but not in the rack). I told him I had another twenty or so LP's from him, and he just grinned! Yes we speak the same language!
Actually I find Klaus to be someone I can cuss my system with, and someone who's always there with an open mind. We're both analog orientated, and pretty much think the same way. That's a whole lot better than some store front idiot.

My amps are goin in on Monday for the "glass ceiling" up grade as well.
Hey bubs,
Just got my Odysseys or is that Odyssi back. They will need many hours of break in(400 or so says Klaus, seems rather ridiculous but he should know). I was very apprehensive about spending the money but WoW. These are not the same amps at all. Then biggest thing that always bothers me about SS amps is the treble. I always hear too much treble or should I say etch or high end energy. These were no different. In fact I did think about selling them. The amps now are smooooth. Klaus tells me I haven't heard anything yet. I don't notice any better staging or all that other bull we like to go on about. I must say I'm very pleased and impressed.  That's all for now, gotta go listen more. Yee ha.

Just a short follow up. I've been listening for a few weeks to the upgraded amps. They are nothing short of unbelievable. And Klaus tells me they aren't even close to broken in. Last week I stripped my system down to the amps, CDP straight into amps, and a pair of Michael Green Classic 60s'. I was stunned with the sound. After listening to that system for a few days I decided to sell off all my other gear. That includes a pair of Jadis JA200 amps, JA30 amps, Cabasse  Baltic and Stroboli speakers, Hales Concept 5 speakers to name a few. They are pieces of gear I said I wound never sell. These up dated amps are that good. More later.
