I'm looking to purchase one of these 45 SET's and I'm wondering whether there are MAJOR sonic differences between the two models.
I'm aware of the circuit and component differences so I'm interested in hearing from anyone that can specifically elaborate on the sonic differences. I guess that I'm really looking to determine whether the new 08S version is SIGNIFICALLY better sounding than the original version or whether the difference are more subtle.
Any input from those with first hand experience would be greatly appreciated.
