Feedback on Energy AC-300 speakers

Hey all,

Has anyone heard these speakers before? Audio Asylum is running a great deal on them at $150 ea ($450 list). I'm considering them for center and surround duty, maybe a second system down the road...

At that price they are a steal. I know a few people who use them across the front for L,R, & C with great results. I use one as a center channel in my HT system and I am very pleased. Energy replaced this model 2 years ago if memory serves me right (rarely does...) with an updated version but this particular speaker was their flagship center channel and probably differs very little from their current offering.

I used on for center duty for @ 3 years with great results. For the money they are tough to beat.
